  I've been going to this cleaners for for years and it all came crumbling down one instance I brought in a brand new Lacoste shirt that I had only wore one time no stains on it I set there and watch the lady inspect the garments and put them in a bag and place them in the back upon coming back to pick my clothes up I noticed that I had a brown staying at the bottom corner of my shirt I I noticed this once I got it home when I brought it back the guy came from the back the older Asian gentleman and told me that when he saw the stain he tried to get it out and he put in some extra deep clean on it and it wouldn't come out when I asked him why he didn't he tell me when I came to pick my clothes up he said it oh he thought I had knew about it then they proceeded to give me a runaround on the appraisal of the shirts telling me that it was only worth $3.50 needless to say I will not be going back to this cleaners and it's crazy how all of a sudden once I come back and have a complaint there's a language barrier
