  My worst experience in renting a car was with Enterprise Rent A Car. I was told that I owed them money on a previous Car Rental.I explained that I had never rented with them and this was some kind of Identity Theft and could they verify or produce the documents that would show that it was not me. They refused and treated me like a Criminal at the Redlands, California location. Because of this, I will NEVER rent from Enterprise.
