  On 2/21/17 I called the Gardena office of H&R Block and made an appointment to see "Beverly" the next day at 10 a.m. I arrived at the office at 9:55 and was told by "Tony" at the reception desk that Beverly was with another client and would "be right with me". After sitting in the waiting area for 20 minutes,Tony went to check on Beverly and reported again that she would "be right with me". I waited another 20 minutes, after which I walked out and made an appointment with Jackson Hewitt. If Tony would have been up front with me about the 40 minute (or longer) wait, I would have rescheduled. Consigning me to "be right with you" purgatory was unprofessional and inconsiderate, I lost an hour of a very busy day.
