  Friendly but price promoted was not what i was billed and added items also appeared on bill that were not discussed at store. Before u leave store:Try to get in writing what the deal is, fees, and phone insurance you may want to decline, especially if its an old phone...this was added to My bill.
  Also find out when you need to sign up for autopay. ..I received Two different stories.
