  These guys are criminals. Not only do you get treated with no respect but they charge me to ship my freight and then hold my merchandise at the receiving terminal requesting more money for options I didn't select like a lift gate which I don't want, and when I said I'll come pick it up instead of it's an issue they want to charge me a fee for picking it up from their terminal too.
  
  It really shows the character of a company when they have control over you and they abuse it by treating poorly when they have the upper hand.

  Though I haven't used them to actually ship anything, i am giving them this poor rating based on my experience with their customer service. I have contacted them a few times with interest to do business with them, and been told someone would reach out to me (never happened) or would put me on hold for extended periods of time then all of a sudden the line disconnects. If this is the kind of experience they provide for new prospective customers, I can only imagine what it would be like if you were a regular customer.
